Our Return or Exchange Policy

We ensure our customers a full security and confidence to shop online on Halabh.com. Our E shop offers a full refund within 7 days on unused, sealed, unopened items purchased through Rexcart Online Store website and the application in the form of credit note to the value of goods returned valid for 6 months and we also offer an exchange within 15 days of purchase as per below conditions.  

We offer exchange of the items under warranty only if the item declared as dead stock from the concerned service center. In case of any technical issue arises in the products under warranty, customer needs to take the product to the service center or Halabh.com can arrange a paid delivery for the customer in case of warranty claim.  

Incase of receipt of wrong or damaged item, customer need to contact our customer service within 24 hours and We will exchange or refund without any additional delivery cost.  

In any case of refunds, Rexcart Online Store will not pay back the delivery charges to the customer.  

Returned items should be in their original and re sellable condition, with all tags attached, any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt. 

For hygiene reasons medical, cosmetic, e-cigarette and all eligible items concerning about the health and safety cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault highlighted at the time of receiving. 

For all Inflatable items there will be no refund or exchange unless there is clear manufacturing fault highlighted at the time of receiving.
